Information about HPL Compact

Thank you for choosing HPL Compact as an aesthetic material that has durability and cleanliness, as the manufacture of HPL Compact is based on proven technology that is developed to resist the requirements of daily hard use.

Despite the high durability of the compact, its thickness reaches 12 mm and is characterized by a non-porous surface, it requires permanent care. Below we have listed some recommendations and cleaning that will ensure the value of your product remains.

Cleaning

Clean the surface just using water and then dry it with a tissue or soft cloth. If these impurities are not removed, use a detergent without scraping after cleaning the surface with water and drying it.

Continuing pollution
Keep cleaning and hot water, clean cloth or tissue without scraping and grinding, washing powder (especially heavy detergents), liquid soap, or soap or hard. Remove the dirt with a cleaning agent solution, or allow it to absorb according to the degree of contamination, then wash it with clean water or a glass cleaner several times if necessary. Remove all traces of a cleaning agent, to prevent developing
strips. This is done by using an absorbent cloth or paper towel to wipe dry surface. The above procedures can be improved by a plastic cleaning sponge or a nylon brush
Pollution / stains

Compact is a non-porous, heterogeneous material, which is resistant to most household chemicals. But although liquids cannot penetrate the material, the spots must be erased immediately. Severe detergents, such as heavy duty detergents, metallic detergents, toilet cleaners, and oven cleaners should be avoided
HPL can follow the following steps for cleaning compact
Lime contamination
Clean with warm water and add 10% vinegar or lemon acid if necessary. If industrial detergents are used, the surface should be washed with warm water. HPL Compact

• Wax residue
Wax residues should be removed initially using a plastic or wood spoon. But avoid scratching the surface! The remaining deposits can be leveled with blotting paper. Soluble water dyes, paints, adhesives and dispersions

Fresh contamination can usually be cleaned with warm water. Either dry can be cleaned using solvents such as ethanol, acetone, gasoline or nail polish remover. • Dye-based solvents, coatings and adhesives Fresh contamination can usually be cleaned with solvents, either dry when necessary longer time after application. It is preferable to use suitable solvents that must be inquired about from pigment
2 - adhesive component, shellac

For example condensation resins (adhesive) on a base of formaldehyde, urea (forehead), melamine (middle), phenol (Fn) and resorcinol;
Reactive adhesives, shellac on base of epoxy resin, polyurethane (unsaturated polyester).
Pollution may not be removed from the ground surface after laminate hardening! The surface should be cleaned immediately with appropriate organic solvents, recommended by the adhesive supplier / varnish system
• Sealing on a material or polysilicon base

Initially the waste must be mechanically removed with a spoon of plastic or wood. Surface scratch should be avoided! If necessary, residual sediments can be cleaned with silicone remover. Longer contact times with silicone remover can change the surface of the plastic wrap.
• Streaking after cleaning and solvent It can be removed by cleaning it with hot water, drying it with clean, soft or absorbent household-type tissue paper

Chemical properties

In these recommendations, the focus is on providing resistance to high pressure compact slices of chemicals and the possibilities arising from their application. Due to the presence of melamine resin slides that offer special offers, they have effective resistance to most chemicals, excellent mechanical properties, and high temperature resistance. Therefore, the compact can be used in cases where its surface will be exposed to the following:

Chemicals used in laboratories and manufacturing industries - solvents Disinfectants Pigment - Bleaching agents -- makeup -- Medicines The compact has the ability to withstand the action of the individual chemicals shown in section 4. We should note that they are carefully taken from all relevant recommendations and notes in this guide

Application areas of high pressure decorative laminate sheets From the compact, there is an almost unlimited variety of decors and colors. Moreover, the material permits the establishment of numerous forms (for example, by subsequent formation or in the form of high pressure pressure plates) and also provides the possibility to cover large areas without gaps. This, in addition to high mechanical properties such as wear resistance, makes the compact compact suitable for erecting installations in the following fields

General rules that apply to all of these applications are as follows:

General rules that apply to all of these applications are as follows: 2. Vertical surfaces On vertical surfaces such as doors, furniture, or the wall without covering, for use, HPL panels can be used 2.2 Horizontal surfaces  It will be subject to some kind of pressure that should be taken into consideration when choosing the surface texture for 2.3 Special property: For most chemicals, however, some chemicals may launch a surface attack as follows: Hpl Compact Resistant Concentration of the chemical PH - value (acid / alkaline balance) • What is the duration of exposure • temperature

Therefore it recommended the removal as soon as possible of the chemicals listed in section 4.2. Whereas the chemicals are from section 4.3. It must be removed immediately.   Withstand at least 180 ° Hpl, it has a much better resistance to heat than thermoplastics such as plastic. Hpl can supply panels For example, when the surface of the compact is exposed to a gas stove or an infrared source, this can change the color or destroy it. In such cases, the compact surface will protect against such factors.
Maintenance and cleaning:

The compact panels are easy to clean and resistant to organic solvents. For stains or marks that cannot be removed using cold or hot water in combination with using organic detergents or solvents. But harsh abrasion with frequent cleaning can damage the melamine surface, which causes a decrease in work resistance to chemicals. Therefore, the clean materials must be used with care.  In the fields of application, Hpl has properties 3.1 Disbursed chemists, pharmacists and pharmacies

Hpl: The following products do not pose any problem for: Food and juices - Solvents and detergents Cosmetics and detergents (such as nail polish remover) – Medicines
Chemicals, detergents, paints and varnishes should generally be transported to laboratories in a closed container
Then placed and executed in special places. Since the nature and composition of these chemicals are not always known, it is recommended to remove any spillage immediately, and varnishes and dehydrated paints can be removed easily using solvents such as alcohol, and acetone. . Medical center, treatment room, and operating rooms

It is a useful substance in such areas as it provides excellent cleaning properties and is easy to disinfect. HPL: It can withstand antiseptics Alcohol for example: ethanol 70% aldehydes for example: formalin 1% and 5% for example phenol: P chlorinated M - kersol 0.3% tetra ammonium compounds

Compact can cover large areas without any gaps or joints. Blood, urine, stools, ointments etc. will not affect the surface and can be removed very easily. Compact is a transparent x-ray material and therefore very suitable for examination of tables. Not perishable when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, and infrared laser emitted by medical equipment. Medical equipment and biology laboratory:

Compact is perfectly suitable for use in these types of laboratories (easy to clean and disinfect). However, substances containing strong dyes (such as the fluids used in coloring the samples before being displayed with a microscope) and substances with strong oxidizing properties (such as hydrogen peroxide) if they could leave traces of such solutions are left on the surface for more than a short time . Therefore, these substances should be removed immediately

4 equipment in hairdressing salons Most products used in hairdressing salons do not affect the compact, as dried from nail polish deposits, hair sprays or cosmetics (lipstick, ointment) can be easily removed using organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone. Also stains or signs caused by hair dyes and bleaching agents can be removed as soon as possible in order to avoid discoloration of the surface

Photographic laboratories
The chemicals generally used to develop the film, and fixing it in the bathrooms will not damage the compact's surface, but solutions containing dyes and "silver salts" can cause discoloration. So it is of particular importance to remove such spills as soon as possible.

Physical or technical laboratories

In general, compactpaths can be used for worktops without any restrictions. As in physical or technical laboratories, surfaces may be subject to high mechanical pressure, it is advisable to fix the surfaces with the roughness of the surface tissue. Acid Battery - Warning! : Any drops should be removed immediately or else they will leave permanent marks or stains on the surface.

Chemical laboratories
They work in strong materials, but the compact is distinguished by being resistant to most of them (see section 4.1.) However some chemicals depend on the type, value, and concentration of pH, and the surface slices can be damaged if allowed to respond over a long period of time (ex: see section 4.2). Residues of this material should therefore be removed immediately
Most of the chemicals listed under Chapter 4.3 are attacked. It can also cause irreversible changes to the decorative surface of the compact. When using such materials the compact surfaces should be protected by appropriate coverage, for example
It is also suitable in principle, but it is not connected to the interior walls where smoke is present. After prolonged work of violent fumes but like Sulfur dioxide, chlorine, bromine, acid fumes, etc., and appearance of the Hubble surface will deteriorate, but do not affect functions.

Food industry, food stores Compact is well suited to detergents and disinfectants. My team made no effect on food, and therefore it is closely related to food.

Compact Resistant Chemicals The list below does not claim to be complete, after providing an overview of the compact's resistance at room temperature against the most common materials (in solid, liquid or gaseous form). It is advisable to conduct investigations of the resistance of the compacte on any specific chemicals not listed below.
